ZEROBASEONE is ready to debut on July 10 with their first mini album titled "Youth in the Shade". The boy group who graduated from the "Boys Planet" survival event has broken the all-time record for debut album pre-order numbers.

The mini album "Youth in the Shade" recorded pre-order numbers of 780,000 copies in just 5 days since it opened on June 21. There are still two weeks left until pre-orders close and the album is released, and ZEROBASEONE is expected to hit the 1 million mark for their debut mini album.

On the other hand, ZEROBASEONE also released a photo teaser for the mini album "Youth in the Shade". Here, Zhang Hao and his friends look handsome in trendy clothes, from T-shirts and leather jackets, long-sleeved shirts to sweaters.

However, netizens think these photos seem lacking in budget. The clothes worn by the boy group consisting of 9 people were also considered normal because they were only everyday clothes, and seemed without a concept.

"They don't spend money on this, keke," commented netizens. "This is true cost-effectiveness. CJ absolutely refuses to spend money," said another netizen. "Did they shoot this in everyday clothes?" another said.

"Wow... I haven't seen such a cheap teaser in a long time," said netizens. "This is p.a.y.a.hã… ã… ã…  This is the result of what they have been working on for 2 months?" another comment. "Imagine the amount of money left for them after selling millions when they take photos like this. They should be paid well," added another.

Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE's album will come with one photocard of eighteen versions for each version, meaning there are four of each member. Prior to this, fans were also disappointed after learning that they would only receive one photocard per album.

For someone planning to round up one member (or more), this will make it more difficult to complete their collection and will likely result in more money being spent on albums. (wk/goddess)
