Recently, one of the members of LE SSERAFIM was a guest on the YouTube show "Sana's Fridge Interview," which aired on July 31st.
On the show, titled "100 Ways to Tease Eun Chae," the guest revealed a lot about herself and her experience as a trainee.
Eun Chae revealed that when she was in school, everyone knew she was the outgoing type.
Even when there was a dance performance, she admitted that she always joined in. However, after becoming a trainee, she became shy, but the unnie line really helped her grow.
Eun Chae tried to defuse the awkward atmosphere in the dorm, one way being to offer a glass of juice to the older members. However, she was too embarrassed to drink it herself.
However, what drew attention was her confession that her first agency for auditioning was JYP Entertainment.
The reason that drew particular attention was the reason JYP was chosen because it houses TWICE, Sana's own girl group.
Unfortunately, during her audition at her dance academy, she came in second place to her competitor because he was taller and appeared more confident.
As for Eun Chae, she felt afraid, which ultimately resulted in her failure and not being accepted as a trainee at JYP.
Despite facing rejection, she didn't lose her passion for pursuing her dream of becoming an idol.
She then auditioned for Pledis Entertainment and Source Music, ultimately signing with Source Music.
She added that she felt incredibly confident during her Source Music audition, and that it was a turning point in her life.
Eun Chae then successfully debuted as the youngest member of LE SSERAFIM under Source Music, a subsidiary of HYBE, and grew into a beloved idol for her positive energy and sharp dance skills.
Her story is not only one of resilience but also a touching reminder that rejection can lead to distraction, especially in the competitive world of K-pop. /Source: YouTube, KBIZoom
