ALLDAY PROJECT's Annie Speaks Out After Rumors of Special Treatment Due to Coming from a Wealthy Family (X @ALLDAY_PROJECT)
Comedian Jang Do Yeon recently invited ALLDAY PROJECT's Annie and Tarzzan to guest on her YouTube show!
The show, titled Salon Drip 2, featured them discussing ALLDAY PROJECT's rising career.
This led to rumors that Annie received special treatment prior to her debut due to her background.
As is known, Annie is one of the ALLDAY PROJECT members from a wealthy family in South Korea.
She is the granddaughter of Lee Myung Hee, chairman of Shinsegae Group, and daughter of Jung Yoo Kyung, president of Shinsegae.
Annie also spoke about this, recounting her time from auditioning to becoming a trainee at The Black Label.
"Of course, those rumors are not true. I also auditioned and trained at The Black Label, becoming a trainee just like everyone else," she said.
Annie also explained that she underwent remote training for almost four years because she lived abroad.
The remote training was the same as in-person training. She sent weekly videos to the agency for evaluation.
