Starring in the film "Pretty Crazy" with Girls' Generation's Yoona, Ahn Bo Hyun has successfully surprised his friends.
The film, originally titled "악마가 이사왔다" (The Devil Who Moved House), tells the story of Seonji (Yoona), a woman possessed by a demon every midnight, and Gil Goo (Ahn Bo Hyun), an unemployed man who gets dragged into an unusual job of monitoring Seon Ji.
On August 4, 2025, the latest episode of Salty Brother, a talk show hosted by MC Shin Dong Yeob, was uploaded to the Salty Brother Shin Dong Yeob YouTube channel.
In the episode titled "Yoona's Center Syndrome: It Will Never Be Cured," Yoona and Ahn Bo Hyun appeared as guests and shared exciting stories with the MC, who was born on February 17, 1971.
From a Chance Meeting to Starring in a Film Together
On this occasion, the two revealed that although "Pretty Crazy" was their first time working together on an acting project, they had previously met briefly in China.

"Around 2014 or 2015, I was filming in China. At the time, I was eating with Chinese actors and some friends. Then suddenly, he (Ahn Bo Hyun) came up to greet me, and we took a photo together," Yoona recalled.
Ahn Bo Hyun responded to the story by saying that he himself was quite surprised to meet Yoona in a country as large as China.
"Isn't it amazing? Of all the places in China, being able to meet the members of Girls' Generation by chance is already an incredible story for me. From that chance encounter, now I get to work with Yoona. It feels truly amazing, like a dream come true," he said.

The actor, born on May 16, 1988, then shared the reactions of his friends when he told them he was involved in an acting project with Girls' Generation members.
"I thought, 'How will my friends react if I tell them I've just filmed with Girls' Generation members?' As soon as I told them, they were immediately incredibly jealous and said, 'Who are you to be filming with Girls' Generation?'" he said with a laugh.
