Ahead of NewJeans' new album titled 'Get Up', Hanni gave a leak regarding what new music they will be carrying there. NewJeans is said to be bringing variety like never before.
NewJeans will be releasing new music soon with their "Get Up" EP. Ahead of the comeback, Hanni leaked about the group's latest music while comparing it to what had been circulating before.
Recently, NewJeans was involved in an interview with the famous US pop magazine Rolling Stone. Apart from discussing their popularity and various breakthroughs, of course what new music will be carried by NewJeans will spark the curiosity of fans and the general public.
Personally, Hanni considers the mini album "Get Up" in accordance with the music she enjoys. Even though he actually likes NewJeans' songs, it seems that their latest album has a special position for Hanni.
"Even though I like every song we've released so far, the music on our new mini album is the kind of music I enjoy," said Hanni.
As an illustration, Hanni gave a comparison of NewJeans' new songs that are about to be released with those that have already been released. According to him, this comeback shows more variety.
"Everything about our new song is... fresh... Compared to our previous releases, this new mini album definitely has a lot more variety to offer, not only in music genres and dance styles, but also in what we want to express and show you," he explained.
Apart from song and dance genres, Hanni promises a new message that NewJeans will convey through their latest album. The Vietnamese idol hinted that they were doing experiments for this latest album.
"I think we are stepping into a musical area that has never been experimented with or attempted before," concluded Hanni.
Meanwhile, NewJeans will release the mini album "Get Up" on July 21. Before that, they will release the pre-release songs "New Jeans" and "Super Shy" on July 7, 2023.
In addition, NewJeans is included in the list of performers at the Lollapalooza 2023 music festival. As is well known, they had great success even though they had not debuted for a year with songs on their first album such as "Attention" and "Hype Boy".
